Day 1 : Yangon City Tour
Arrive to Yangon. Your guide will meet and greet at the airport. Sightseeing in Yangon: Yangon Jetty with the nearby world famous STRAND Hotel and the old City Centre of Yangon. In the late afternoon, proceed to Bogyoke market, Shwedagon Pagoda and enjoy the very special atmosphere here before and after sunset. Walk the local markets close to the Pagoda after sunset. Enjoy the smells and sounds of Myanmar! Overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Yangon - Bago - Kyaikhtiyo
Yangon to Bago by car (1½ hrs), an ancient “Mon” capital. Sightseeing Bago : Visit Bago market and Kyakatwaing Buddhist monastery to observe the life style of thousands of Buddhist Monks. Continue to Kyaik-hto (Kin-pun camp) 3 hrs drive and take small truck (1hr) together with locals to Rathetaung. Walk up 45mins to Kyaiktiyo Pagoda (The golden Rock), one of the holiest sites in Myanmar. Visit around until sunset and return to hotel. Overnight at hotel. Kindly Note! Our tour cost does not include Cable car ride (if you wish to take the cable car, you have to pay by your own account )
Day 3: Kyaikhtiyo - Yangon
After Breakfast, return to Kin-pun camp, lunch at local restaurant in Bago and then visit Shwe-Thar-Lyaung Pagoda, the colossal reclining Buddha Image lost to the Public for many years. Walk to Mon village to see weaving and cheroot factory and Kambawzathadi Palace of the great king Bayinnaung and four Buddha images each 98 feet high at Kyaikpun with an interesting story in Bago and return Yangon. If time permits visit fruit and pottery market on the way back to Yangon. Transfer to your hotel in Yangon.
Day 4:Yangon - Mandalay by Day Train
Early transfer to Yangon Railway station. Take day train to Mandalay : 11 Up train will leave at 06:00 hrs. There will be stops in Bago, Thaungoo, Nay Pyi Taw, Tharzi and arrival to Mandalay will be around 21:00 hrs. On the way, you will see lifestyle of the fellow travelers, sellers on the train and the scenery along the way. You will be picked up by our guide in Mandalay and transfer to hotel. Overnight at Hotel in Mandalay.
Day 5: Mingun (S.I.C Boat) & Mandalay
After breakfast, proceed to Mayan Chan jetty and board on a local wooden boat for Mingun across Ayeyarwady river <11 km, approx 1 hour>. The boat trip is interesting because you see all types of wooden boats and bamboo rafts, carrying goods up and down the river. Observe the world’s largest ringing bell casted by Bodawpaya in 1800 weighing 55555 viss which calculated equal to 90 tons and Mingun Pahtodawgyi, an enormous pile of bricks is all that remain of King Bodawpaya ambition to make it the world’s largest Buddhist stupa. After a visit of beautiful Mya Thein Tan Pagoda return to Mandalay. Afternoon drive to Ava. Ava is located on an island which can be reached by local ferry, crossing the Myitnge River. Pass through the ancient city walls by horse cart and see the remains of the ancient city: the brick and stucco monastery “Maha Aungmye Bonzan”, the renovated Nanmyin Watch Tower and the impressive wooden monastery of Bagaya Kyaung constructed with 267 teak pillars. The abbot of Bagaya Kyaung monastery used one part of the property as monastic school for children far and near. Then visit another ancient capital- Amarapura. It is known for its MahaGandayon Buddhist Monastery, good to observe the life style of thousands of Buddhist monks and then sunset from U-Bein wooden bridge constructed across the TaungThaMann Lake. Return to Mandalay. Overnight a hotel in Mandalay.
Day 6: Ava - Amarapura
This morning we will visit to ancient capitals of Amarapura and Ava. After breakfast, drive to ancient capital of Amapura “meaning city of immortality”. Visit Mahagandayon Monastery, home to several hundred of Buddhist novices and monks and observe the lunch process. Then across the Myit Nge River by boat to Ava, another ancient capital of Kaung Baung Era. Visit around Ava by Horse cart: MaiNu Oak-Kyaung (brick monastery), Bagaya Monastery famous for its construction with 267 teak wood, NanMyint watch tower and villages to see the workshop of Monk’s arms-bowl. Later in the evening, sunset from U-Bein Wooden Bridge constructed across the TaungThaMann Lake. Return to Mandalay and overnight at hotel.
Day 7: Mandalay - Sagaing - Monywa (Car)
Proceed to Sagaing, covered with 600 white-painted pagodas and monasteries, Sagaing hill is widely regarded as the religious centre of Myanmar and is home of 6000 monks and nun, 100 meditation centers. “ Sagaing” become the capital of independence of Shan around 1315 after fall of Bagan.Visit Soon U Ponnya Shin temples and Kaungmudaw Paya; A dome shaped Pagoda. Drive to North West of Mandalay for 3hrs to a small town Monywa, famous for its Thanbodae Pagoda. The pagoda represents Mt. Meru-type structure with no less than 582,354 Buddha images in niches. Visit the Bawdi-tahtaung pagoda; thousands of Buddha images under the Bo-trees. Reclining Buddha – 90m in length, Standing Buddha – 167 m high Overnight at hotel in Monywa.
Day 8: Monywa - Pakokku (Car) - Pakokku - Bagan (Boat)
Visit by crossing Chindwin River to Powin Hill and Shweba Hill where we have sandstone caves containing over 400,000 ancient Buddha images and frescoes (paintings) dating back to 14th to 16th century. To observe people and nature, we will drive South from the West Bank. After driving from the West bank for (110km – 3 hrs) to Pakokku, a port city set south of the Chindwin confluence and visit around the authentic small town of Pakokku. Then take small local wooden boat and downstream, where the ancient Bagan city lies peacefully with thousands of temples and pagodas. Sunset on the boat. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.
Day 9: Bagan
After breakfast at hotel, visit the ancient capital of ‘Bagan’ and its architecture from 10 -13century AD. When you talk about Bagan, it is needless to say about Buddhism that flourished together with Bagan culture. Sightseeing in Bagan includes Nyaung Oo Market; a village market where you can find from wet market of fish and meat to house hold things like ratten baskets, cotton wear and antiques. Visits:- Shwezigon Pagoda; prototype golden stupa, Htilominlo Temple famous for its intricately carved stucco contains depictions of ogresses and mythological animals like Makara sea creatures of12th century. The temple contains beautiful murals and frescoes of Buddhist depictions done in several colors. Some of them have faded considerably. Ananda Temple; the most beautiful temple with 4 standing Buddhas in four cardinal points, history or lord Buddha and outside of the temple is decorated withTerra-Cotta worriers in green glaze plaques . Visit Lacquerware Factory and stroll around the village of Myinkaba, visit Manuha Temple; the temple of captive king of Tha-ton, and Pyattadagyi Temple or one of the special place for panoramic view of the city. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.
Day 10: Bagan
Morning take horse driven cart to Southeast of Bagan: visit Minnanthu village, to see daily life style of Bagan people, Tayoke-pyay temple for panoramic view of the city, Lemyethna Temple, Payaathonzu Temple and Nandamanya Temples for fresco painting of 12th century, Damayasaka Stupa, a pentagonal shaped pagoda. Afternoon free at leisure. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.
Day 11: Bagan - Heho - Pindaya - Inle Lake
Transfer to airport. ThandTransfer to Bagan – Nyaung Oo airport. Bagan – Heho by morning flight. Arrive to Heho airport. The guide will meet you at the airport and drive to Pindaya about 1 hour drive. Visit magnificent Pindaya Caves, set in a limestone ridge overlooking a picturesque lake, where thousands of different types of Buddha images are on display in the various cave chambers. Visit some local houses where families produce Shan paper and parasols. Afterwards, drive to Nyaung Shwe and transfer to Inle Lake which is surrounded by mountains and situated 3000ft above sea level. Overnight at hotel in Nyaung Shwe for Standard option and Overnight at hotel in Inle Lake for 3 Star option.we – Yangon by flight. Transfer to Hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 12: Inle Lake - Indein Pagoda Complex
Early breakfast. Transfer to your jetty if you are stay in Nyaung Shwe or you will be picked up at your hotel in Inle. Today, visit to one of the market days, which rotate every 5 days in the Lake. Then, boat trip to Indein Pagoda Complex which are situated in the Western Shore of Inle Lake, where you will find Indein village and continue by a stair path leading to the hidden and unknown INN DEIN PAGODA complex: approximate 1050 stupas of 15 century. Return to Inle Lake. Later, Wonder unique leg rowing fishermen, floating firms , houses and monasteries on the stilt etc. Visit most venerated 11 Century Phaungdaw Oo pagoda housing five sacred Buddha Images, the weaving village, Se Gaung Village, famous for the blacksmith work and Nan Pan Village with cheroot making and Ngaphechauung; a museum like monastery where old belongings of many monasteries are restored. Transfer to your hotel in Inle or transfer to Nyaung Shwe jetty and then to your hotel by car. Overnight at hotel.
Day 13: Inle Lake - Kakku Pagoda - Taunggyi - Heho - Yangon
After breakfast, check-out from hotel. It is worthwhile visiting to Kakku pagodas whick stand only 24 miles away from Taunggyi. Kakku Pagoda complex is built by Pa-O People. Pa-O minority looks very small but found out to be such a big community. Pa-O people could as spread as all over Shan states to the Southern part of Myanmar. Group of pagodas and temples (about 2500) are believed to have been built since 11th century. It is an amazing mixture of different styles of stupas such as Myanmar, Pa-O & Shan. On the way back, visit Aye Thayar vine yard where you can spend some of your time visiting around the vine yard and have a chance to wine tasting. Later if time permits and allows visit Taunggyi Market and a short stop at Mya Zein Taung to see the panoramic view of the city. In the late afternoon, Transfer to Heho airport. Heho – Yangon by evening flight. Arrive to Yangon airport. The guide in Yangon will transfer to your hotel. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.
Day 14: Yangon Departure
Transfer to airport for departure flight.

Booking Condition & Payment Terms
- Booking Cut- off date 1 month (31 days) before departure. Once the booking is confirmed, need to make 50% of the payment to secure the booking and balance to be made before 31 days ahead.
- We will need passenger passport copies to issue domestic flight tickets once the booking is confirmed to avoid any spelling mistake.
- Domestic airfares are subject to change without prior notice. Will inform and collect if the airlines announce Fuel Surcharge, Airport tax, etc. etc.
