Arrival Yangon by flight. Your guide will meet and greet at the airport. Transfer to hotel with private car. If time permit, Shwedagon Pagoda, famous world wide – its golden stupa is the ‘heart’ of Buddhist Myanmar. The Pagoda is believed to be 2,500 years old and the central stupa in surrounded by dozens of intricately decorated buildings and statues. There are always many Myanmar people praying and making offerings at Shwedagon, and it’s a fascinating place to spend time watching the world go by. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

This morning, we will visit to the National Races village near Thanlyin bridge which is just outskirt of Yangon. You can see eight different traditional cultures and tribes called Kachin; Kayar; Karen; Chin; Mon; Rakhine; Shan and Myanmar who are the largest group. You will be so happy when you see the different traditional houses; local dresses; musical instruments; handicrafts and their customs. High recommended to those who want to have overall view on variety about Myanmar’s traditional housing, clothes, kitchen, culture. visit around with bicycle in this park. In the afternoon, take ferry and cross Yangon River to Dala small town lying opposite Yangon River. Visit around with tri-shaw in this small town and observe the daily lifestyle. Return back to Yangon with Ferry. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Transfer to airport. Yangon – Heho by flight. Transfer to Nyaung Shwe by car. Transfer to hotel by boat. Afternoon hike around Mine Thauk village. Take a boat from hotel to Maing Thaunk village, visit meditation centre, then trek t Baw Lat Bath village, Dala Pin villae and then back to Maing Thauk. Then take a boat and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Inle Lake.

Breakfast at hotel and board on a traditional long and tall motorized boat for a sightseeing tour of the lake. Traveling on the lake is an exhilarating experience for nature lovers and a chance to observe the unique traditions of the Intha people. Wonder unique leg rowing fishermen, floating firms , houses and monasteries on the stilt etc. Visit Indein ruins complex with pagoda and stupas built in the 18th century. Enjoy rows of shops along the corridor up hill. Return to Inle and continue visit floating village of Ywama, the lake’s downtown and largest village on the Inlay Lake, 11 century Phaungdaw Oo pagoda housing five sacred Buddha Images. Take a walk to Lechae village to see workman ship of Tin Smith for Tiers of Pagodas and art of moulding Buddha statue by flower powder and the weaving village of Inpawkhon, famous for traditional silk-weaving, Se Gaung Village, famous for the blacksmith work and Nan Pan Village with cheroot making and boat-building dockyards etc and end your day with a visit famous Ngaphechaung, a museum like monastery where old belongings of many monasteries are restored. Back to Nyaung Shwe jetty and walk to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Nyaung Shwe.

Biking West Route Nyaung Shwe – Khaung Daing – Shwe Indein Pagoda Complex, v.v Route – 20.5miles. (Biking time 4hrs). West Route Biking tour starts from cozy town Nyaung Shwe, the jetty town of Inle Lake. Route from Nyaung shwe along side with the lake toward Khaung daing. Stops on the way at Khaung Daing Village and meet with locals and at hot spring. Enjoys the beautiful landscape with fresh breeze of nature, see people farming and small cottage industries. After Khaung Daing will be Zi Pin Kaung village, Kan Ywa village and Payar Ni village where entire household put their “NAT” (spirit) houses in one compound near the village. Then will pass Than Taung village and the most beautiful landscape part of biking route, then continue biking to Indein. (Interesting to visit market day, if coincide with your biking day) Back to Nyaung Shwe jetty and walk to hotel. Overnight at Hotel in Nyaung Shwe.

Morning, drive to Green Hill Valley Elephant Camp. Then walk to the river where elephant bath and you can join in feeding and washing to the elephants. Option: having an experience of sitting on the elephant’s back (like Mahout) after washing. Then exploration of the forest area, opportunity to see butterflies, birds and orchids around our conservation area (30-40 min). Lunch at the main camp. You are also welcome by planting regional trees from our nursery in our forest recovery efforts. Drive back to Kalaw and overnight at hotel in Kalaw.

Notes:

• The elephant camp is set up in an area where there is a risk of malaria. We recommend bringing insect repellents.
• Around Elephant camp area, anit-malaria precautions have been taken
• All safety precautions with the elephants have been taken.
• Clients are recommended to wear long pants, long sleeved shirts and good walking shoes (trekking boots). Sun screen is also suggested.

After breakfast, 0730: trek to the villages near Myin Taik (about 3:30 hrs trek). Then take a train (about 1 hr) to Aung Ban. Then take tuk-tuk and back to hotel. Overnight at Hotel in Kalaw.

Transfer to airport. Heho – Nyaung U by late morning flight. Sightseeing in Bagan: Nyaung Oo Market; a village market where you can find from wet market of fish and meat to house hold things like rattan baskets, cotton wear and antiques. Visit the golden Shwezigon Pagoda; prototype golden stupa, Ananda temple; the most beautiful temple in bagan. Then take a horse cart ride through the temple field of Bagan passing by several pagodas and temples along the path. While the sun is setting down, red brick color of small temples such as Shwe Nan Yin Taw pagoda complex make the photogenic spot. Continue to the massive Damayangyi Pagoda and sunset from Shwesandaw paya. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Today, you will explore the temple field of Bagan on your own. Suggestion : you can hire bicycle or e-bike (battery powered). Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Transfer to Bagan airport. Nyaung U – Thandwe by flight. Transfer to hotel in Ngapali Beach by hotel’s shuttle bus.

Days at leisure on the beach. Overnight at hotel in Ngapali Beach.

After breakfast, transfer to Thandwe airport with hotel’s shuttle bus. Thandwe – Yangon by flight. Walk to International terminal for your departure flight back home.
